Hello 2012 with a bang… Jennifer and Christian ..Ring in the New Year. All was calm and with clear skies and the warm New Years Eve weather wish came true. Wedding days always seem to go by so quickly and this was no exception. An awesome evening was planned at the Historic St. Anthony Hotel mixed with lights, good food, great sounds, lot’s of friends and a few fireworks…….

The beautiful San Antonio’s Historic School of Art was chosen for Michelle and Nic’s wedding and what a great event it was. The ceremony was held in the outdoor Gazebo. The weather was awesome for this December wedding as the bride walked down an floral path to the ceremony where she was greeted by an amazing wall of 1001 origami birds all hand made by the brides family. The decor was a striking blend of color and textures mixed with the old charm from the schools campus garden setting. Check out some of the photos and the days highlights show at the end…

This summer we had the pleasure to photograph Rachael and Michael’s wedding. We had a blast the whole day with the amazing family and friends. Ashley and her staff from Eighteenth Avenue Events made sure everything went well and their attention to detail showed as everything was handled perfectly. Rachael and Michael looked AMAZING. The beautiful Fairmont Hotel, downtown Dallas, was the setting for the reception. The food was awesome the settiings were stunning and the band, Downtown Fever, rocked all night; this is one talented group. Both wedding and reception were gorgeous and we got a ton of images. We met Jessica while photographing her brothers wedding two years ago. We were excited when she called and said it was her turn. We met Clay at his families beautiful hill country ranch. It was a beautiful morning with gorgeous surroundings. From the main house to the falls along the river up to Eagles Point and back to the swimming hole. So many places and ideas. We had so much fun. Been photographing Brittany since she was ten years old. We always looked forward to her sessions and we were thrilled when she called and said “I’m getting Married “. Texas A&M grads Brittany and Brad enjoy the outdoors and historic Greune Texas was the choice for their portrait location. Just a few favorites and the wedding will be posted soon.

What a pleasure of photographing Amy and Ryan’s wonderful wedding! Both from Midland they chose San Antonio for the wedding location. The ceremony was held downtown at Travis Park Methodist with the reception just around the corner held at the historical Sheraton Gunter Hotel! We love it when wedding parties are super fun to work and fun we had. Both families were great to work with and all of the friends and extended family were a joy to be around! It was great to work with Diana Boucher at ” I Do Weddings” as she did a magnificent job planning the whole event! The staff Gunter staff did their usual awesome job to make sure everyone was taken care of! Then the Matchmakers kicked off the evening and the dance floor never cleared. A couple of weeks ago, we photographed the wedding of Christina and Aaron. This wedding had a strong UT stage as Aaron is a former UT Austin grad and Longhorn football player. Check out the Rose Bowl ring from 2005,sweet. The day never slowed and with an exciting reception to end the evening. It is always great to work with the good folks at the San Antonio Country Club as they made sure that everything was handled perfectly! Both Christina and Aaron looked amazing and as you can tell from the photos, they had a ton of fun! Here are a few highlights…check the highlights show at the end of the post…
